All prices are negotiable and no hidden fees Fee Schedule At Independent Living Services, Inc. we realize that the elderly and those needing assistance need help in many different ways. With this in mind we have established a fee schedule that varies on the severity of help needed, but still allows us to place the best caregiver available for that particular case. Fees are established prior to placement using the following criteria: Note: The fees below are based on caring for (1) individual. Fees for any additional person may vary, depending on the severity of care needed. Transportation with the employee's car will be a $.40 charge per mile. Minimal Assistance: Refers to those who are mobile and can bathe and dress themselves, but still need assistance in light housekeeping, meal prep., transportation, and companionship. Basic Care: Included assistance in daily care, assistance in mobility, light housekeeping, meal planning and prep., transporting client and minimal night assistance. Moderate Care: Includes the above with maximal night assistance and/or incontinence of the bowel or bladder, which requites the use of adult diapers. Total Dependent: Persons who are bed-bond, unable to assist with mobility, requiring alternative means for feeding and/or use of specialized equipment. Live-in will be 2/3 days on 2/3 days off and will require 2-3 caregivers. Hourly rates are based on minimum 4 hours. All hours and prices are negoitable. Holiday Pay: Caregivers will be compensated at a rate of time and a half for the following days.
